Holographic shimmer over any shade, no UV lamp
DeBelle Shimmer Top Coat is a non-UV gel nail polish. It cures in open air, so there is no UV or LED lamp step at any point, which is where it differs from most gel polishes. Brush it over a finished manicure to scatter holographic light across the nail, or wear it on bare nails for a sheer glitter wash.
What this top coat nail polish does
Fine holographic particles sit in a clear gel base, so the colour underneath stays visible while the surface shifts as your hand moves. The same layer seals the shade beneath it, which is what keeps the tips from chipping through the week.
Application
The flat wide brush covers most of the nail in one stroke, and the self-levelling formula lets brush marks settle out on their own. Use it as a shimmer nail polish on bare nails, as a topper over colour, or over sections of a nail art design.
