Royale Cocktail is a blue nail polish pulled towards turquoise, with enough green in it to read as deep sea water rather than sky. It is the brightest thing you can put on your hands in about four minutes.
It is a non-UV gel nail polish. The gel finish sets in open air, with no UV lamp and no curing step. Most gel polishes need a lamp. DeBelle's do not, which is what makes this a salon-grade manicure you can do at your own table.
