Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping & Returns Policy will strive to process and ship your goods within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. Shipping times are approximate and may vary for reasons beyond DeBelle's control including demand exceeding availability. Except as provided below, our standard shipping policy applies.

Shipping Details 

Orders are shipped Monday – Saturday, excluding Holidays. If you place an order on a weekend day or national holiday it will be processed and shipped the next business day. All items will be shipped via respective courier partner Standard Ground. Orders of INR5000/- or more may require signature for delivery. Please note that a physical address is required for all shipments. We would not deliver to a PO box or APO addresses. Standard Ground Shipping Schedules. (Shipping times exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.)  Shipping available only in all states under the Indian Subcontinent, only exception if they are remote non accessible areas.

Shipping Charges

Orders between INR 0-INR599.00 shipping costs are INR60 flat rate. Orders INR999.00 and over FREE SHIPPING


Price mentioned is inclusive of its respective GST Taxes.

Product Availability

DeBelle always tries to ship all items on your order, however sometimes, an item becomes unavailable. If this happens while we're processing your order, we'll let you know by sending you an email.

DeBelle Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase or If you change your mind about the products you have ordered and decide you no longer wish to use them, your unopened and intact DeBelle Products purchased via DeBelle website Online ( can be returned to us for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  1. Products must be unopened and in the original condition
  2. Products must be sent back within 7 days from original receipt of goods.
  3. Your proof of purchase / order information must also be included in the return.

Failure to meet with these conditions will result in an exchange or refund being denied.

Refunds will be processed in the same form that you originally paid for your order as soon as possible upon receipt of the returned products.  Please note that refunds cannot be processed to expired credit cards.

The total value of the refund will equal the payment made for the goods purchased, excluding freight and any other relevant fees, including Customs or Import fees, if any.

DeBelle Products purchased during specific sale periods are final sale and nonrefundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges of boxes, box items, add-ons, additional box purchases, or shop/warehouse sale orders. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund.
