DeBelle Returns & Refund Policy

To prevent the spread of COVID-19, we are currently following  a strict non-returnable policy on all DeBelle Products. However, In the unlikely event that you have received different / damaged products in your order or you have changed your mind and insist to take the risk, your unopened and intact DeBelle Products purchased via DeBelle website Online (www.debellecosmetix.com) can be returned to us for a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

  1. COD Orders cannot be refunded. 
  2. Products must be in unused and in original condition.
  3. Products must be sent back to the below address within 10 days from original receipt of goods.
  4. Your proof of purchase / order information must also be included in the return.

Please note that failure to meet with these conditions will result in an replacement or refund being denied.

Refunds will be processed in the same form that you originally paid for your order as soon as possible upon receipt of the returned products.  Please note that refunds cannot be processed to expired credit cards.

The total value of the refund will equal the payment made for the goods purchased, excluding freight and any other relevant fees, including Customs or Import fees, if any.

DeBelle Products purchased during specific sale periods are final sale and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges of boxes, box items, add-ons, additional box purchases, or shop/warehouse sale orders. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund.
